Mohammad Abdul Aziz Al-Rajhi & Sons Co. was established forty years ago in 1968,
when Sheikh Mohammad Abdul Aziz Al-Rajhi founded the first water heaters factory
in the kingdom and the middle east. The factory was named The Modern Factory for
Heaters and was followed in 1973 by the first factory in the kingdom and the middle
east for evaporative air cooler under the name of (Al Jazirah Air Conditioners).
The business started as an individual establishment in 1968 then a series of factories
were established (26 factories) producing a wide range of vital industrial products.

In 1998, the company was changed to a limited partnership company affiliated by
a number of groups and factories.
In 2007, its legal status changed to become “Mohammad Abdul Aziz Al-Rajhi & Sons
for Industry Co.” and Holding Co. in 2008, as a joint closed stock Saudi company
working in the industry business with its head office located in Riyadh and affiliated
by six Limited companies (Check in the Right side table):

The Company is one of the leading integrated industrial groups within the national
industrial sector that managed to perform qualitative growth jumps throughout its
history. Its objectives were to vary its base of industrial activities, realize
the industrial security and employ national cadres.
Many of its affiliated companies were nominated a number of industrial and quality
awards like ISO9001 certifications and Product Conformity Certificate.
